• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months/years
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our Service to you.

We do not guarantee any specific results from using our Service. GEO recommendations are based on our analysis and algorithms, but success depends on many factors outside our control.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROPENSIA.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
